Mixed Arts course
Saturdays 1pm onward. 6 weekly workshops. $540 including supplies
Who is this for?
Suited to the Art enthusiast who loves to learn new skills.
Age range-Adult students and older teens. Anyone looking to learn some new art technique, upskill and expand their arts repertoire.
Let 2025 be the year you re-spark and connect with art. Join Tania for a fresh kick-start into creativity.
Tania has been providing art tuition for more than 20 years, come and learn from her experience in a friendly, approachable environment.
6 weeks across February and March, each session will range between 1.5-2.5 hours in duration, depending on the project.
4 main interest areas will be covered across the 6 weeks;
Have fun and explore the world of small works.
Learn simple decorative mosaics with ceramic tiles.
Draw with reducing layers. Draw with charcoal and pastel, and embrace monochromes.
Layer up and level up your painting skills. Paint on canvas and learn effects with wash and layer in acrylics.
All materials will be provided.
During classes, students are invited to discuss their thoughts and share their ideas.

All paintings are uniquely designed so you can paint them with me in your own way......

Although I have taught a wide range of practical art skills over the years, my own arts practice is predominantly painting. I have a private home studio in Redland Bay where the walls and easels are filled with expressive canvasses inspired by my local surroundings. I love to gather inspiration from the natural world around me, it is quite rural where I live... Many birds enjoy the gardens and the trees and foreshore bring me joy! I can't wait to share this with you....
Let's paint together in fast strokes. As a group, we will learn how to create colourful and soft expressive paintings of nature.
All supplies will be provided, no need to try and shop for items from a list. I have plenty of paint to share.
When we all have the same paints we can all have the same joy!
