Saturday mornings weekly: 9:00-10:00
Ages 9 up can enjoy a series of fun, technique driven drawing projects.
Kids that love to draw should try this class.
The lessons are focused on drawing technique across a variety of topics and materials.
including pencils, pastels, charcoal, watercolours, markers and pens. Digital tablets are allowed for reference images and in some instances for drawing if they can be used to create preliminary designs.
The drawing students will develop their creative problem solving skills, learn to draw and actually see what is in front of them. Draw on varied surfaces and make their own compositions all while creating some seriously fun drawings.
Booking is one class grouping per week per student.

Standard Class, behaviour and tuition policy.
Behaviour in class. Children attending the art classes need to be prepared to learn fun new skills, listening and focus will be needed to learn the instructions, if you feel your child won't be able to stay focussed please chat to us prior to booking as we may suggest an alternative group.
Make up classes requested last minute are not guaranteed due to the busy nature of the studio and the changing topics and materials each class. In some circumstances we may be able to organise some supplies to take home. Supplies and allocation are organised as soon as you book for the full term and projects a prepared for your child. Term fees are much like your school fees. No refunds for missed classes. No change of mind refunds. If there are any issues attending please contact your teacher as soon as possible so we can help find an alternate solution.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to class and collect promptly. If minding is needed please negotiate this prior with the teacher.
Notifying us of late pick up is important for safety as we have multiple groups running each day.
*By making this online booking, you agree to ensure your child will follow the behaviour policies and have an interest in art, allowing focus for the activities and time taken to undertake the Projects.
All materials are provided, nothing will be needed from the students. Senior students may bring iPads, laptops ect to browse images for ideas where needed. There is an extensive resource library for those wishing not to use digital devices.
We run 9 weeks each term.
Our priority will be to keep our students connected to a quality art learning experience.
