Art Classes Booking Deposit
Deposit payment of $100 secures your Child's Art Class booking.
Please note all new year bookings are first in first serve bookings.
Please ensure returning students have paid the deposit to hold their class position for term 1.

All balance payments are due in full by the end of week one each term.

All Arts students:
$290 per student. Per 9 week Term
$230 per student.
Deposit of $100 will secure your class then balances can be paid in class week 1
(siblings discount -deduct $10 per extra child booking from balance payment)
Booking is one class grouping per week per student.
PLEASE place the students name and attending session in the notes section and email us a confirmation. You can pay, once confirmed the day you wish to attend. Please note to check availability.

Making your payment by Direct Deposit
You can pay us via bank transfer, please send an email to us with the enrolment request so we can send you your payment details.
Standard Class, behaviour and tuition policy.
Behaviour in class. Children attending the art classes need to be prepared to learn fun new skills, listening and focus will be needed to learn the instructions, if you feel your child won't be able to stay focussed please chat to us prior to booking.
Make up classes are not guaranteed due to the busy nature of the studio and the changing topics and materials each class. In some circumstances we may be able to organise some supplies to take home. Supplies and allocation are organised as soon as you book for the full term and projects a prepared for your child. Term fees are much like your school fees. No refunds for missed classes. No change of mind refunds. Credits will be offered in special circumstances for children who need to discontinue attending for illness or change of circumstances, simply contact us with the request. If there are any issues attending please contact your teacher as soon as possible so we can help find an alternate solution.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to class and collect promptly. If minding is needed please negotiate this prior with the teacher.
Notifying us of late pick up is important for safety as we have multiple groups running each day.
*Students attending should follow the behaviour policies and have an interest in art, allowing focus for the activities and time taken to undertake the Projects.
All materials are provided, nothing will be needed from the students. Students may bring iPads, laptops ect to browse images for ideas where needed. There is an extensive resource library for those wishing not to use digital devices.
We run 9 weeks each term.
